FAQ's

Do you have car parking and is there an additional charge for it? 

Yes! we have secure parking in the basement of the building and no there's no extra cost. Your room card give you access to the park. When we send your check in instructions we explain how to locate your specific parking spot.

Can you check in after hours?

Yes! If you're arriving after 10pm just let us know and we will send you instructions for a lockbox on site.

Do you have a reception? 

No, we don't have a traditional reception but key collection is all onsite and very simple. 

How close are you to Te Pae?

It's about a 3 min walk with a coffee shop (Foundation) on the way!

Can we walk to One New Zealand Stadium?

Absolutely! It's an easy 10 minute walk 

Do your apartments have laundry?

All our one and two-bedroom apartments have in-room laundry.

Studio apartments don’t include laundry, but there’s a laundromat conveniently located on the ground floor of Cathedral Junction

Where's the best breakfast spot?

There are plenty of great options right on your doorstep. Just wander down New Regent Street (straight over the road on the Gloucester Street side of building)

We recommend Child Sister (Manchester Street) and Foundation Café (Gloucester Street next to library) both are local favourites.

Best dinner restaurant? 

So many!

New Regent Street (a 1minute walk) is home to Casa Publica and Twenty Seven Steps. Across the road on Worcester Street, OGB Bar is a great spot.

For a relaxed pub dinner try The Church, they have a pizza oven.
